Refund Policy

Swing & Connect Refund Policy

1. Event Tickets

All ticket sales for Swing & Connect events are final unless otherwise stated.

  • Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another individual up to 48 hours before the event by contacting us.

  • Cancellations: If the event is canceled by Swing & Connect, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Reschedules: If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date.

2. Sponsorships & Donations

Because sponsorships and donations are processed through Mentors of Color, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization:

  • Sponsorships and donations are non-refundable once payment and acknowledgment have been processed.

  • Donors and sponsors will receive a tax-deductible receipt issued by Mentors of Color.

  • If a sponsor payment was made in error or requires correction, please contact us within 7 days of payment for resolution.

3. Event Modifications

Swing & Connect reserves the right to make adjustments to event programming, venue, or format (including virtual transitions due to weather or safety issues). Refunds will not be issued for program adjustments that maintain event access and value.
